RETURNS
Custom and personalized products are made specifically for each order and cannot be returned or exchanged due to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Incorrect color selected by the customer
• Buyer’s remorse
For standard Z&R Originals branded products, returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review your request, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem
If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled only before production or fulfillment begins.
Once production has started, custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
